IIDA's Design Your World: Miami 2025

This summer, Design Your World is returning to Miami with the support of the IIDA South Florida Chapter, OFS, 3Form, Mannington Commercial, Gensler, and Stantec! Students will gain a foundational understanding of commercial interior design—including its history, processes, sustainability, ergonomics, materials, and furnishings—through hands-on learning sessions, interactive projects, field trips, and direct engagement with industry professionals.

The program is completely free! In addition to learning about creative and technical aspects of design students will also be introduced to the business side of design, career pathways, and educational requirements, with guest visits from designers, manufacturers, and representatives from design schools. Students who successfully complete the program will receive a paid stipend.
